GRASS-Gis (http://grass.osgeo.org/)
i.landsat.toar
is used to transform the calibrated digital number of Landsat 1-8 imagery products to top-of-atmosphere radiance or top-of-atmosphere reflectance and temperature. Optionally, it can be used to calculate the at-surface radiance or reflectance with atmospheric correction (DOS method)
Perhaps minor updates in comparation with the grass-core filesi.landsat.acca
implements the Automated Cloud-Cover Assessment (ACCA) Algorithm from Irish (2000) with the constant values for pass filter one from Irish et al. (2006). To do this, it needs Landsat band numbers 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 which have already been processed from DN into reflectance and temperature
i.topo.corr
is used to topographically correct reflectance from imagery files using a sun illumination terrain model. This illumination model represents the cosine of the incident angle, i.e. the angle between the normal to the ground and the sun rays
ps.out / ps.output
is a cartographic mapping program for producing high quality hardcopy maps in PostScript-3 format. Output can include a combination of two raster maps, any number of vector overlays, notes, decorations, and other spatial data
You can download a previous version in the grass-addon repository
sistax
is a software for the management of taxonomic databases
